This week the focus is on past tenses and expressions used to talk about past experience. Watch the video lessons and do tasks. 👩‍💼 Team Leader: “On what day should we schedule our team building events? Kate — any thoughts?”
👩 Kate: Well, I guess Friday could work, but maybe Thursday as well. People might have more time later in the week, though last Thursday and Friday I was pretty busy — I had so much work to do, plus I had to pick up my kids at school and take my car to the mechanic. Anyway… I’d probably suggest either Thursday or Friday; it seems better than Monday. I’m not sure if other days like Tuesday or Wednesday would be okay, but I don’t see why not.
